Exploring my online classes is a wonderful way to experience my teaching style and approach before working together privately. Whether you’re new to movement practices or continuing a long-established journey, classes are created to be approachable, supportive, and sustainable.

PRIVATE SESSION — Varies
I offer individualized movement and wellness sessions designed to help you build strength, restore balance, support longevity, and cultivate a deeper understanding of your body.
As a certified Yoga Teacher with over two decades of teaching experience, a lifelong dancer, certified herbalist, and Pilates teacher trainee completing comprehensive certification through Aspire and Balanced Body, my work blends intelligent movement, restorative practices, and whole-body wellness into a personalized experience.
Each 65-minute session is tailored to meet you where you are — whether your goals include improving mobility, enhancing recovery, building sustainable strength, refining body awareness, or creating greater ease in daily movement.
Sessions may include a blend of:
Yoga
Pilates
Functional movement and mobility work
Recovery and restorative practices
Breathwork
Alignment and postural education
Herbal wellness guidance
Rates range from $99–$150 per session depending on the service and level of support.
DETOX AND RESTORE — $10
If you’re looking to begin your wellness journey with a clean slate, following this holistic detox plan is a great place to start.
