Just saying hey…

Greetings friends,

I know it’s been a while since you’ve received a newsletter from me. I needed time to take a deep breath, reset, and really reflect on everything I’ve been creating and moving through in this season of life.

Honestly, the last couple of years feel like a blur I somehow lived through and witnessed at the same time.

For the past 2.5 years, I’ve been on the journey of becoming a comprehensively certified Pilates teacher — traveling every month for trainings while also completing my Clinical Herbalist Certification, continuing to teach classes, offering private sessions, raising my family, and somehow opening my own brick-and-mortar wellness shop along the way.

Be Well Co. is now open in the heart of downtown Durham, and it truly feels like a tiny slice of paradise. It’s my offering to the community — a space rooted in wellness, healing, intention, and connection. We currently carry nearly 100 herbs, spices, and medicinal plants to support us all in living well, doing well, and of course… being well.

And Gypsy Yoga Mama continues to live online for all the fly souls who believe everyday life can feel luxurious, grounded, intentional, and beautiful — without the designer price tags.

I’m not sharing any of this to brag. I’m sharing it because I know so many of us are quietly working our hearts out to build the lives we dream about. And the truth is — it takes time, patience, sacrifice, faith, and an overall belief in yourself even when things feel uncertain.

Some days I forget to eat.
Some days I fall asleep in my car between school pickups.
Some days I disappear completely just to reset and breathe.

Because at the end of the day, we are all just human beings trying to navigate our own personal journeys.

And whew… the world feels bananas right now.

That’s why spaces for rest, healing, authenticity, and connection matter so much. We all deserve spaces where we can take off the layers, exhale, and simply be okay exactly as we are.

So if no one has told you lately:
You’re doing a great job with where you are and what you already have.

And with that being said…

After taking a much-needed pause last year, I’m so excited to share that Sacred Radiance Retreat is officially returning this October.

This retreat has become such a sacred space over the years — a place for women to reconnect with themselves through movement, restoration, sisterhood, healing, joy, and intentional rest.

If your soul has been craving a reset, this is your invitation.

Retreat details are below, and you can officially reserve your space starting today.

I cannot wait to gather with you again.

With love,
Briana Nicole
