Smoothie Bowl
There is nothing better than not cooking and still having a delicious meal. Why not try this yummy easy receipe.
Ingredients
1/2 cup Frozen Blueberries 🫐
1/2 cup Frozen Strawberries
1/4 cup Frozwn Mango
1/4 cup Pineapple
1/4 cup Bananas (optional)
1/2 cup of Pea Protein Powder
1 cup of Oak Milk
FRESH TOPPINGS:
1/2 tbsp Pineapples
1/2 tbsp Strawberries
1 Kiwi
1 tsp Lavender
1 tsp Chia Seeds
1 tbsp Honey
1 tbsp of Granola
Instructions:
Blend all the Frozen Fruit, Milk, Protein Powder, & Lavender
The blend should be thicker than a traditional smoothie.
Pour into the bowl
Top smoothie with Granola & fresh fruit & Chia Seeds
Drizzle with honey.
