Smoothie Bowl

There is nothing better than not cooking and still having a delicious meal. Why not try this yummy easy receipe.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Frozen Blueberries 🫐

  • 1/2 cup Frozen Strawberries

  • 1/4 cup Frozwn Mango

  • 1/4 cup Pineapple

  • 1/4 cup Bananas (optional)

  • 1/2 cup of Pea Protein Powder

  • 1 cup of Oak Milk

FRESH TOPPINGS:

  • 1/2 tbsp Pineapples

  • 1/2 tbsp Strawberries

  • 1 Kiwi

  • 1 tsp Lavender

  • 1 tsp Chia Seeds

  • 1 tbsp Honey

  • 1 tbsp of Granola

Instructions:

  1. Blend all the Frozen Fruit, Milk, Protein Powder, & Lavender

  2. The blend should be thicker than a traditional smoothie.

  3. Pour into the bowl

  4. Top smoothie with Granola & fresh fruit & Chia Seeds

  5. Drizzle with honey.
